\n\u2022 200 g de pancetta

\nSe for usar fermento fresco: dissolva o 6g de fermento fresco na \u00e1gua morna por 5 horas, ou 3g dissolvidos na \u00e1gua e fermentado na geladeira por uma noite.
\nSe for usar fermento biol\u00f3gico seco: misture diretamente com a farinha
\nPegue o fermento e misture com a farinha e o \u00f3leo na batedeira, adicionando o sal por \u00faltimo.
\nCubra a massa com filme-pl\u00e1stico e deixe crescer at\u00e9 dobrar (pelo menos 3 horas).
\nAdicione os cubos de pancetta \u00e0 massa e passe a massa para uma t\u00e1bua de padeiro untada.
\nCom uma esp\u00e1tula, coloque um pouco de massa nas formas, adicione o Asiago DOP Fresco cortado em cubos e cubra com mais massa, fechando com os dedos untados.
