Para cobertura<\/strong><\/em>
\n100 g de chocolate meio-amargo
\n20 ml de \u00f3leo
\nDecora\u00e7\u00e3o
\nchocolate rosa<\/p>\n

Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/em>
\nBata o creme de leite com um liquidificador e junte o leite condensado, os morangos batidos e o Vinagre Bals\u00e2mico de Modena IGP. Acredite, isso far\u00e1 a diferen\u00e7a.
\nMisture com uma esp\u00e1tula, depois divida a mistura nas formas de picol\u00e9, insira o palito de madeira e leve ao freezer por 6 horas.
\nAp\u00f3s 6 horas, derreta o chocolate em banho-maria, acrescente o \u00f3leo e misture bem. Transfira tudo para um recipiente alto e estreito, retire os sorvetes da forma e mergulhe-os na cobertura ainda quente.
\nColoque-os imediatamente de volta no freezer at\u00e9 a hora de sabore\u00e1-los e, se quiser deix\u00e1-los ainda mais bonitos, decore-os com chocolate rosa.<\/p>\n
