\n2 colheres de sopa de azeite
\n350 g de arroz de risoto
\n1 molho de cebolinha em fatias finas
\n1 dente de alho amassado
\n150 ml de vinho branco seco italiano
\n150 g de aspargos ou feij\u00f5es verdes finos, cortados em fatias
\n1 l de caldo de legumes (quente)
\n6 colheres de sopa de queijo Parmigiano Reggiano<\/strong><\/a> ralado
\n8 fatias de
presunto de Parma<\/strong><\/a>, rasgadas ao meio
\nSal e pimenta do reino mo\u00eddos na hora, a gosto<\/p>\n

Modo de preparo<\/strong>
\nColoque os fios de a\u00e7afr\u00e3o em um medidor e adicione 150 ml de \u00e1gua fervente. Deixe em infus\u00e3o por 10 minutos. Aque\u00e7a o azeite em uma frigideira grande ou panela. Adicione o arroz e cozinhe em fogo baixo por 2-3 minutos, mexendo o tempo todo at\u00e9 que esteja transl\u00facido, mas n\u00e3o marrom. Adicione a cebola e o alho. Cozinhe delicadamente por mais um minuto, mexendo sempre. Despeje o vinho branco e deixe borbulhar por alguns momentos. Adicione o a\u00e7afr\u00e3o e seu l\u00edquido de imers\u00e3o, aspargos ou feij\u00e3o verde e algumas colheres de caldo quente. Mexa bem e cozinhe em fogo m\u00e9dio por 20 a 25 minutos, adicionando gradualmente o restante do caldo, uma concha de cada vez, at\u00e9 o arroz ficar macio. Adicione o
